I hope this school no longer follows the CEDU model it did when I attended, I have life long trauma after attending this "school".

An excellent place to work, and a great place for kids and families. Students have access to very qualified teachers, and caring and engaging residential and counseling staff. The students in the school community seem to support each other well. Lots of opportunities for students to have off-campus activities.

After knowing students and staff from Shortridge for over 12 years, I'm proud to now work here. The staff are compassionate and firm. The students are awesome and greatly benefit from the Positive Youth Development (PYD) approach, instituted 5 years ago that encourages them to take an active role in their experience as a student at Shortridge.
