Smoky Row's program was designed to develop children's skills in all developmental areas - physical, social, emotional and intellectual. Our primary goals are to help children learn how to learn and help them establish a foundation for lifelong learning. The Center implements developmentally appropriate practices through our philosphy of learning through play, active involvement with their environment and positive interactions with their peers and teachers.
