In 2007 through 2010 school year, this school had the best curriculum for elementary school children and it showed in the results of the test scores and the many honor roll students who have graduated to go on to do well in highschool. Recently, a lot of the tenured staff have retired, and unfortunately the calibur of the education has plummeted to a dramatic change. Text books are now being traded for worksheets? Even though, the diocese has invested time in seeking the best curriculum with publishers who have years in experience educating our children of the United States. Sadly, this is a growing trend that has crept from the dying public schools and now overflowing into our once well renowned parochial schools. My prayer is that this travesty will end before the children are lost to a devastation in the lack of "real" education.
