School Notes

  • Neighbors Grove Christian Academy is a small non-denominational Christian school dedicated to helping each student achieve his or her highest potential academically, spiritually, and developmentally.  The average student-teacher ration is 12:1.  Current enrollment is about 50. The elementary grades are enriched by a computer lab, music class, library, art class, and chapel each week.  The Science Club meets monthly.  The middle and high school students are offered computer classes, band, chorus, chapel and Life Skills Club as well as involvement with publishing the Yearbook.  The Terra Nova 3 Acheivement Test is given annually beginning with 2nd grade.
  • NGCA provides a warm, family atmosphere in which students thrive and find ample leadership opportunity.  Parent involvement is encouraged and led by our Parent Teacher Ministry (PTM).  The academy is priced as modestly as possible to make a Christian education affordable for most families.  There are scholarship funds available through the school and also by applying for NC;s Opportunity Grant Scholarship and Disabilities Scholarship Programs.  We would love to welcome you on campus for a visit and tour.

School Reviews

5.0  7/16/2014
Neighbors Grove has a great set of teachers. The administrator, Randy Haithcock, has a huge heart for the Lord and for providing students with the best Christian and Academic Education possible. My daughter had a great first year at NGCA (2nd grade)! My daughter was in a combination class (there are quite a few) but I feel like she received education on her level...I was very impressed! I''m super excited about the PTM (Parent Teacher Ministry) this upcoming year b/c I think parent involvement will be stronger...I''m really looking forward to building relationships with more of the parents this year. We love NGCA!!!
