After a lengthy search, Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Grade School in Washington has hired a new principal for the 2009-10 school year. The Rev. DECATUR - No one told them it couldn't be done. Even the "professionals," volunteers who have been helping organize benefits for people for years, are amazed that a group of mothers and others from Our Lady of Lourdes School put together a benefit for one of their own, Carson Brown, in just six weeks.
