Gianna Misenhelter signed a National Letter of Intent (NLI) to Kansas State for the 2010-11 season Monday. Misenhelter is currently a senior at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Overland Park, Kan. Misenhelter won the 2009 Class 5A state title and has also won 29 out of 35 high school tournaments. read more

Kansas soccer will renew its Border Showdown rivalry with No. 20 Missouri Friday, with the Jayhawks' postseason hopes riding in the balance. KU will face the Tigers at 3 p.m., at the Jayhawk Soccer Complex, needing a win and a loss by either Baylor or Texas Tech to qualify for the Big 12 Soccer Championship.

At three in the afternoon on Thursday, the women's soccer team here at the University of Missouri-St. Louis departed for Louisville, Ky., to face Great Lakes Valley Conference rival Bellarmine on Friday. On Sunday the team will play another conference rival: Northern Kentucky.
