BRUNSWICK — A 34-year-old Brunswick man was arrested Monday on a warrant charging him with two counts of selling drugs within 1,000 feet of two local schools — both are Class A felonies that each carry a potential sentence of 30 years in jail.

BRUNSWICK — At lunchtime today, Brunswick public school students feasted on a menu composed entirely of Maine foods: hamburgers from Bisson’s Meat Market in Topsham, Backyard Beauties tomatoes from Madison, green beans from Grant’s Farm in Saco, Oakhurst milk and — for dessert — Maine blueberries and apples from Willow Pond Farms in Sabattus.

BRUNSWICK — A proposed 2009-10 municipal budget of $54 million would limit the property tax rate increase to 1.6 percent without requiring any "significant changes" that would be noticeable to residents, acting Town Manager Gary Brown told the Town Council Monday evening.
