Saint Vincent's provides for the educational needs of students within our Department of Education approved twelve-month K–12 school program.
Students reside in home-like cottages on the campus and attend classes within our elementary, middle and high school programs.
We offer small, structured classroom settings, which allow for individualized instruction to meet the diverse educational needs of our students to support their success in achieving learning goals as delineated in each student's Individual Education Plan.
Saint Vincent's mission has been to provide a safe place for children in need to live.
In the early days since its founding as on orphanage, Saint Vincent's provided a home for children whose parent(s) were unable to care for them due to the ill health or death of a parent, lack of financial means or other family challenges.
Over the years, Saint Vincent's has adapted its programs and service delivery system to meet the changing needs of children and their families who are coping with a variety of difficulties, which include abuse, neglect, poverty, addictions, mental illness emotional and behavioral problems as well as challenges to learning.

School Reviews

  • Recommended November 07, 2013 - When I was young (8-9), I had severely violent behavioral problems as a result of brain damage from eastern equine encephelitis. So much so that neither of my parents could manage me at the time and had to look for outside options for both the safety of myself and my younger sister. I spent a year at this school and the staff there helped me to work through most of these issues and violent tendencies. I can say from personal expirience that this school and its staff are trained to handle these type of issues while maintaining the safety of the students and helping them developmentally, educationally, socially, and spiritually. I am glad to see that st. vincent''s is still running strong and I would suggest this school to anyone with children who have developmental, behavioral, or other issues that the parents don''t feel equiped to handle. - Posted by Student/Alumni
