St. Andrew's Episcopal School is an independent, coeducational, preparatory day school serving students in pre-kindergarten through twelfth grade. The school's mission is to nurture a diverse community in the Episcopal tradition, encouraging spiritual growth, moral responsibility and academic excellence. The school strives to enable each student to understand a sense of worth as children of God and as a part of God's creation. Because the norm of human life is comprehended in Christ's command to love one's neighbor as one's self, the school defines its purposes in terms of community and emphasizes the value of good manners, of caring for others, and of service and self-denial--all of which reflect the Christian ethic.
