As disciples in this mission, we are both inspired and motivated by Vatican II and the pastorals of the American Catholic Bishops concerning the values of peace, justice and love.     A benefit for the family of Kim Ball, of East Syracuse, will be noon to 4 p.m. Sunday at the DeWitt Town Hall and nearby Ryder Park. Ball, 51, was the director of parks and recreation for the town and died April 12 after a battle with cancer.
