School Notes Overview: |
As a school community we endeavor to prepare students to be lifelong seekers of both knowledge and skills, and to be followers of Jesus Christ in word and deed. Elder High School, a Roman Catholic secondary school, seeks to serve the community in which it is situated by assisting adolescent young men in their quest to become growing, knowledgeable men. As a comprehensive high school serving young men with a wide variety of physical, intellectual, moral, cultural, and social endowments, the educational process begins with the young man himself, with his strengths and weaknesses. In thus accepting the young man, we hope to assist in the development of his personality and the broadening of his horizons to the extent that, upon graduation, he is prepared to pursue whatever further development is necessary for him to make his personal contribution to life and building the Kingdom of God. ...read more
