The Rivergate staff is determined to provide our students with a safe physical and emotional environment where they can develop a relationship with God and acquire an education that will instill in each of them Christian values, high self-esteem, high academic achievement, and responsible behavior. Adventist education seeks to develop a life of faith in God and respect for the dignity of all human beings; to build character akin to that of the Creator; to nurture thinkers rather than mere reflectors of others’ thoughts; to promote loving service rather than selfish ambition; to ensure maximum development of each individual’s potential; and to embrace all that is true, good, and beautiful. Rivergate Adventist Elementary is accredited through the Northwest Association of Accredited Schools. NAAS is one of six regional accreditation associations in the United States. The annual Fall Festival will be 2 to 6 p.m. Sunday at Rivergate Adventist Elementary School, and will feature a farmer's market, pony and hay rides, face painting, games, and other activities.
