St. Agatha Elementary School
School Notes Overview:
St. Agatha School is a faith-centered community committed to the development of the whole child, fostering students who are dedicated to a lifetime of learning and service to others. St. Agatha is an academic and faith community rooted in the traditions and teachings of the Catholic Church. We recognize parents as the primary educators of their children. It is a privilege and a responsibility to work in partnership with parents to educate and nurture their children as our students. While the school experience should not and cannot replace the learning that occurs at home, it can supplement and complement. We build upon the family foundation and strive to support the family mission. We acknowledge the role of the whole community, family school and parish, in ensuring that each student reaches his or her full potential as a child of God. We endeavor to develop the mind, body, and spirit of each and every child. St. Agatha provides a safe and nurturing environment for children to flourish. Our program is directed toward the mastery of academic skills, while allowing students the opportunity to develop a range of individual talents and abilities. We encourage and expect our students to work toward their academic potential and to grow in their faith and knowledge of Jesus Christ. ...
