    Beatty's baseball team won the Pahranagat Valley Alamo Invitational tournament last weekend, winning three of four games. Coach Brian Hayes' team defeated the host Panthers 12-6, lost 28-0 to Carlin, shelled Sandy Valley 17-2 and stunned Carlin 4-3 in the finals.
