The Westminster Child Development Center is a community outreach ministry providing affordable, quality child care service through Westminster Prebyterian Church. The center fulfils its mission by buturing with kind and loving guidance the children entrusted to its care and by helping child grow in their understanding and appreciation of God's love. WCDC is committed to a program design that strives for the total development of preschool children with an emphasis on age-appropriate spiritual, physical, social, emotional and intellectual growth.
