YUCCA VALLEY — Being a high school principal during graduation week is to be a bundle of mixed emotions as schools present high school diplomas and send their charges out into the world. Fem Ontiveros, school administrator at Joshua Springs Christian School, oversaw a crop of 24 high schoolers receive diplomas Tuesday evening in the school’s Thunderdome.
