Norfolk Christian Schools

255 Thole St, Norfolk, VA, 23505-0235
Established in 1952, Norfolk Christian Schools is a nondenominational, fully accredited Christian day school offering innovative Pre-K (age 3) through grade 12 programs. We strive to introduce Jesus Christ to our students through a solid college preparatory curriculum and dedicated faculty who are second to none. Our mission at NSC is three-fold. We aim to equip students spiritually, intellectually and physically to love God and serve Him as Christ’s ambassadors in the world. The mission is supported through the core values of relationship, leadership, truth, worship, stewardship, ambassadorship and partnership. Training our students to integrate these values into daily activities creates an atmosphere centered on knowing Christ and making Him known to the world. We offer PK3-5th grades on two campuses in Norfolk and Virginia Beach. We offer grades 6-12 in our Norfolk Upper School Campus. Middle School (grades 6-8) is in a separate wing in the Upper School. We are accredited by ACSI (Association of Christian Schools International), SACS (Southern Association of Colleges and Schools), and VAIS (Virginia Association of Independent Schools).

Make Summer a Special Time! Make Summer a Special Time!
If you have children in private school, then you are most likely looking at three months, perhaps even longer, which you must fill with activities of one kind or another during the long summer break.

Are You Liable? Are You Liable?
Is your DEL key about to get gaveled? It doesn't matter whether you teach in a public or private school setting. You expose yourself to legal risks every single day on the job.
