School Notes Overview: |
Our Savior's Lutheran School is an extension of the Christian home established to train each student in the knowledge of God and the Christian way of life. Our goal is to provide an instructional program of the highest quality that facilitates the development of the whole child: spiritually, intellectually, socially, emotionally, and physically both inside and outside of school. A basic responsibility of Christian parents is to "Train up a child in the way he should go, and when he is old, he will not depart from it". We believe that education should develop learning communities in which students actively build knowledge, analyze and solve problems, cooperate in challenging projects, and communicate what they know. Educators, parents, church and community members form a partnership that support and share this mission. We value children, curriculum excellence, character development, communication, community, and caring for others. ...read more
