Sign of the Dove, 424 Tenth St., will dedicate a newly remodeled church building at 10 a.m. Sunday. The 92-year-old former Slovenic National Home, which Sign of the Dove purchased in 1992, sustained $2 million in damages during a thunderstorm that lasted throughout the day of Sept. 4, 2008.
