Elly Eckhoff officially has been a teacher at Derby Ridge Elementary for the past five years. And even though Eckhoff’s professional teaching career didn’t start until she enrolled in the University of Missouri’s Teaching Fellowship Program, she has acted like a teacher since she was a toddler.
