We are Saint Augustine School, the first Catholic school in the City of Bridgeport's first Catholic parish. Since a laywoman in a private school taught our first student in 1851, we have been driven to excel. From an award-winning yearbook to award winning students to an award-winning faculty, Saint Augustine School continues to offer academic excellence through a challenging curriculum to meet the demands of a changing society. Our Catholic tradition and strong values-based education prepares our students for the rigorous expectations of high school and beyond. Our professional and dedicated faculty and staff furnish a stable base for a diverse student population. Besides boasting faculty members who provide continuity and a safe, stable environment, we can also say that we have educated their children and grandchildren, as well. Our alumni number priests, doctors, nurses, lawyers, judges, journalists, artists, and entertainers; mothers, fathers, grandparents, and great-grandparents!
