The Wickenburg Elks honored three students in October. Rebecca Kehoe was Student of the Month, Nena Sopher was Junior Student of the Month, and Andrew DeShazo was WCA Student of the Quarter.

Winners of the Elks Drug Awareness Poster Contest at the district level were decided recently at the Elks West District Drug Awareness Committee meeting held in Sun City.

With a $250 grant from the Wickenburg Chamber of Commerce, the students of Wickenburg Christian Academy (WCA) purchased the materials to make 10 quilts for area people in need. Each class worked together to make one or two quilts that will be distributed by the Wickenburg CAP office.
