EUGENE, Ore. — Jonesboro-based pole vaulter Jeremy Scott tied for second in his event Saturday at the USA Track & Field Outdoor Championships. Scott, who won the USATF indoor title earlier this year, cleared 18 feet, 101⁄4 inches along with Brad Walker, Derek Miles and Toby Stevenson.
