Academy Of The Pacific
School Notes Overview:
The Academy of the Pacific was established to fill a need many students have for a small-school setting that provides a nurturing academic environment, personalized instruction, and individual scheduling. With a total enrollment of 150 young men and women in grades 6 through 12, and an average class size of 10, students are assured an educational experience tailored to their particular abilities and learning styles. We like to think of the Academy as “A village for learning.” Our four-acre campus is the former estate of several Hawaii educators and is dotted with historic buildings and small cottage classrooms. Here, students, staff, and parents are partners in building life-long academic and physical skills, encouraging creativity, and inspiring a strong sense of social responsibility. We are committed to preparing young people for the challenges facing them today and tomorrow. ...
