Science is a 'fun'damental subject at Hephatha. Students participate in labs involving dissection, DNA extraction, chemical bonding, and more.
Students attend chapel every week in K-8th, and every other week in Early Childhood. Jesus Time is a daily part of circle time in the EC classroom, and Religion is a part of the K-8th curriculum, as well as foreign language, music and PE.
Hephatha offers a competitive intramural sports program, which includes flag football, basketball, volleyball and track and field.
Beginning in 5th grade, students are offered additional Camps: Astro Camp for 5th grade, Science Camp for 6th grade, and Outdoor Education for 7th and 8th grade, alternating between Catalina and Washington D.C.
'Builders of Faith, Open to All' is our Mission! We have enjoyed hosting several International Students for entire academic school years, as well as Winter Camp and Summer Camp.
Hephatha has a stellar Music Academy, which offers beginning, intermediate and advanced band, beginning, intermediate and advanced strings, a K-2nd grade strings program, choir, piano and private lessons. Music is also integrated in the curriculum for all EC-8th grade students.
Hephatha's Early Childhood Program a home away from home for your little Lambs of God. Our developmental program focus on learning through the fives senses, and through play. Our EC program is full of rich tradition, including Father's Night and Mom's Love Night, and on-campus field trips such as Snow Day and Petting Zoo Day.
