School Notes Overview: |
Holy Cross School is dedicated to assisting parents in the growth of their children within our rich Catholic tradition. The faculty and staff assist each child in the development of basic skills and unique talents, while instilling and nurturing values that enable students to become successful, contributing Christian citizens. Holy Cross School is a part of the teaching mission of Holy Cross Parish. The School is a unique expression of the Church's effort to educate all members of its community. Therefore, the School as such must be a living organism that combines the efforts of principal, teachers, students, priest, staff, parents, and community personnel to develop and atmosphere where a student can grow intellectually, physically, and spiritually. Necessary skills for a rapidly changing society are and integral part of the curriculum. Guidance in developing an open mind, appreciation of truth and motivation with the desire to learn are the goals of Holy Cross School. Students learn that responsibility is a part of life and are guided to accept responsibility as Christians for their actions.
