Delphi Academy

One West Campbell Avenue, Building A, Campbell, CA, 95008-0950
At Delphi Academy, we're helping students take on life! Our philosophy of education is simple. Students should master their basic tools very well - then be able to really use what they learn. We emphasize practical application and encourage our students to evaluate new information in relation to the real world. We want to see our students maintain their individuality while being self-motivated, confident, active and purposeful individuals capable of pursuing and reaching their chosen goals.

    • Welcome! Delphi Academy is a private, non-sectarian K-8 school in Santa Clara, CA. Our Mission: Give young people a rich academic background, a strong sense of ethics and a broad range of abilities to successfully launch them into higher education, a career and life itself. More broadly, help build a better world through effective education. How do we empower our students to "take on life"? Eight basic principles of the program lay out a fundamental philosophy:
    • 1. Empower Them as Students
    • 2. Get Personal
    • 3. Put Ethics & Integrity at the Center
    • 4. Fully Achieve the Basics
    • 5. Emphasize Literacy
    • 6. Keep it Real
    • 7. Involve Parents
    • 8. Demand Competence & Accountability, Not Time Spent
    • Delphi students go on weekly field trips to gain first hand knowledge and life experiences. They participate in clubs such as Student Council, Yearbook, Chess and Human Rights. They work as a team to be of benefit to their community with food and toy drives. They are encouraged to pursue their interests, are assisted to explore and understand a variety of potential professions, and to learn both independently and in group discussions. Students learn about current events, participate in a rich art program and have the opportunity to play competitive sports from the 4th grade and up. Physical education is an important part of the curriculum at all levels. Overall, academics are strong and "extras" are numerous and vital at Delphi Academy!

School Reviews:

  • Recommended January 19,2012 - My son attended Delphi Academy from K-8th grade and found the transition to high school very easy. He continues to get straight A's and is taking many honors classes. He gained excellent study habits and is involved in many activities. The friends he made at Delphi are still close even though they are not all at the same high school. This is a great school for entrance into a private Bay Area high school.*-Posted by Parent *
