School Notes Overview: |
The mission of St. Vincent de Paul School is to foster an environment that cultivates independent, critical-thinkers who are devoted to life-long learning and to a life of Christian action and service. We believe that all children can learn in a safe, supportive and challenging environment, our Catholic faith pervades all subjects and activities, each student is a valued individual who was created in God's image in a unique and special way. We also believe that parents are the primary educators of their children and that a mutual respect among parents and teachers promotes positive student learning, a healthy self-image is developed through student participation in school, church and community. Through self-discipline students should be able to respect themselves and others, contribute to learning, and follow standard procedures, and a commitment to continuous improvement is required as our school enables students to become confident, self-directed learners. ...read more
