Betty Young, 81, of Prosser died Thursday at home. She was born in Buena and graduated from Toppenish High School. In 1958 she moved to Prosser, where she worked for several restaurants, including Ford's Grill and The Golden Rule. She retired from the Barn Restaurant at the age of 75 after 40 years.
