Dr. Paula Flint's dream is to ensure that all students get the right education in the right environment. "My plan my entire life was to start a school, a unique school, that might be needed in the community," she said. Three years ago, she opened the Flint Academy, a school for teaching students from Pre-K through 12th Grade.
