For 40 years Stepping Stone School has served over 15,000 families in the Tyler and East Texas area and continues to be an exemplary school where students love to learn and where a strong emphasis upon a dynamic, rigorous, proven curriculum and character development is taught by outstanding teachers. Stepping Stone Preschool, Elementary and C. Brown Middle School offers one continuous program of high educational quality from infants through eighth grade and welcomes students from diverse religious, ethnic, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Stepping Stone Schools have been exciting, unique places to learn and grow since 1968. Camille Brown, owner and Executive Director, has always believed that learning should be fun so that students will become life-long learners. Designed with working parents in mind, the Preschool, serving 6 weeks through age 4, is open 7 am – 6 pm. The program is nationally accredited through NECPA and offers an excellent curriculum and environment for those most important early learning years.
