Santa Catalina School

1500 Mark Thomas Dr., Monterey, CA, 93940
Founded in 1950, Santa Catalina School is an independent, Catholic, college preparatory school for young women located on 36-acres in beautiful Monterey, California. Students have a variety of academic choices with honors and 19 Advanced Placement classes and a wide range of visual and performing arts electives. Our students discover skills, talents, and interests they never knew existed within themselves – whether it's playing one of 13 interscholastic sports, or leading a club, or doing community service. Class sizes are small and are taught the way girls learn most effectively, often with open discussion and group projects. Santa Catalina seeks girls with intellectual curiosity and adventurous spirit and selects students who indicate they can succeed here, not only academically, but as contributing members of our community.

Make Summer a Special Time! Make Summer a Special Time!
If you have children in private school, then you are most likely looking at three months, perhaps even longer, which you must fill with activities of one kind or another during the long summer break.

Are You Liable? Are You Liable?
Is your DEL key about to get gaveled? It doesn't matter whether you teach in a public or private school setting. You expose yourself to legal risks every single day on the job.
