Sinai Akiba Academy, a Solomon Schechter Conservative Jewish day school established in 1968, draws on the rich traditions of our Jewish heritage while offering an excellent general education. We are committed to nurturing the curiosity of our children, joy in the adventure of learning, and confidence in their abilities, while developing disciplined study habits. In both general and Judaic studies, we strive for academic excellence as we encourage children to develop into knowledgeable, responsible, ethical and empathetic young people. We promote a strong sense of both personal worth and Jewish identity. Sinai Akiba Academy provides a superior general and Judaic education, engaging children in both the joy and discipline of learning. We introduce students to a life of personal growth, sensitivity, responsibility and intellectual inquiry, shaped by Jewish practices and informed by a respect for diversity of thought.
