School Notes:

  • HEROESgifted focuses on teaching students skills then guiding them to use those skills to acquire knowledge on their own.  Classes are designed for students to spend between 1/3 - 1/2 of their time working independently on self-directed projects.  Our faculty includes Rutgers adjunct instructors,  certified teachers and individuals from industry.

HEROESgifted is experienced with working with students who are radically accelerated, with many of our members taking their first credit-bearing college course between the ages of 12-14.  Though the HEROES Academy, HEROESgifted is offering students the opportunity to radically accelerate their studies while still spending a portion of their school day with other students who are approximately the same age.

HEROES Academy can accomodiate no more than 60 students.  For the 2014-2015 academic year we intend to accept 30 students.
