HAMDEN - Flags all across the state of Connecticut were lowered to half staff this week, as the body of U.S. Army Captain Benjamin Andrew Sklaver was brought home to Hamden from Afghanistan and laid to rest on Tuesday in Farband Cemetery in Morris.
