- Day Applicants A completed application consists of the following and must be post-marked by December 1: * Student Application Form and Essay. * Parent Information Form (included in application form). * Three Letters of Recommendation (Math, English and Additional). * Parent & Student Interview. * Official School Transcript. * Required Testing (MPS Entrance Exam or SSAT). * $50.00 Application Fee. Residential Applicants: A completed application should be submitted to the Admissions Office postmarked by March 1st. Applications received after the March 1st deadline will be reviewed on a rolling basis. A completed application consists of the following: * Student Application Form and Essay. * Parent Information Form (included in application). * Three Letters of Recommendation (Math, English and Additional). * Interview (International students may request a phone interview). * Official School Transcript. * Required Tests (SSAT, PSAT, SAT, IELTS or TOEFL). * $100.00 Application Fee. * Copy of student's passport.
