By CHRIS DELL Correspondent Jasmine Rosales doesn't need a gold medal to feel like a champion. The 13-year-old track runner has surpassed all expectations in her first competitive season. Although she was more than satisfied after winning the Junior Olympic qualifiers in the 50-meter dash and long jump, Rosales turned heads at Nationals.
