Two students from Providence Christian School competed in the Florida State Science and Engineering Fair in Lakeland this month. One student walked away with first place in the environmental science category. Alex Clary and Dana Hankins attended the state competition, and Clary earned first place for his project on contaminated soil.

Later this month, Providence Christian School is hosting the Boots and Blue Jeans BBQ Bash, an annual fund-raiser to help provide children from lower income families with scholarships to the school.
