Sacred Heart Academy

3515 N Florida Ave, Tampa, FL, 33603-0336
Sacred Heart Academy is a Catholic School in the Franciscan tradition. Each child is provided with the opportunity for intellectual, spiritual, moral, social, and emotional development. We strive to nurture all aspects of a child’s unique potential and foster responsibility to use Catholic spirituality and values for the common good of society. We value excellence in Catholic education and strive to develop the individual gifts and talents God has given our students. We use our students’ strengths, approaching them through a variety of instructional strategies and challenging them to demonstrate their full potential and individuality. Our techniques and integrated curriculum accommodate our students’ diverse learning styles. Service is vital to our Franciscan beliefs; therefore, we engage in a variety of service projects globally and in our own community. Our goal for education is for the SHA graduates to depart as responsible individuals who take with them their Catholic spirituality and values.
