THE SCHOOL American Heritage School of Boca/Delray is an independent non-sectarian and co-educational college preparatory dayschool for grades Pre-K3 through 12 with 1,133students, with 611 students in grades 9 through 12. The school began as All-Star Academy in 1993 and merged with American Heritage School of Plantation in 1999.


The school serves the rapidly growing areas ofSouth and Central Palm Beach Counties, as well as North Broward County, and is located on a beautifully landscaped parcel of land (40 acres) located between Military Trail and Jog Road on Linton Boulevard in Delray Beach, Florida. The campus includes fifteenbuildings which house classrooms, science labs, court room, a media center, fine arts complex, an administrative building, an aquatics center, six tennis courts, sports fields, a track, a multipurpose field and a gymnasium. The average class size is 17.


THE PHILOSOPHY AND MISSION STATEMENT
American Heritage School of Boca/Delray gives its students a strong, traditionally defined education in a well-rounded environment. Each student is afforded the opportunity to develop an inquisitive intellect, ahealthy body, solid moral character and a sense of social responsibility. There are various clubs and organizations, as well as a fine arts program, which provide non-academic, yet important avenues of development for our students.


Our mission at American Heritage School is to graduate students who are prepared in mind, body and spirit to meet the requirements of the colleges of their choice. To this end, we strive to offer a challenging college preparatory curriculum, opportunities for leadership and superior programs in the arts and athletics. We are committed to providing a safe and nurturing environment for learning so that children of average to gifted intelligence may achieve their full potential and be intelligent, creative and contributing members of society.
