ARTHUR —Trucks hauling drinking water down Illinois Route 133 in northeastern Moultrie County will soon be a thing of the past, as will the plastic bottles of drinking water stored on pantry shelves in Lowe Township.

DECATUR - No one told them it couldn't be done. Even the "professionals," volunteers who have been helping organize benefits for people for years, are amazed that a group of mothers and others from Our Lady of Lourdes School put together a benefit for one of their own, Carson Brown, in just six weeks.
