Students seeking admission to Pre-K must be 4 by September 30th. Students seeking admission to Kindergarten must be 5 by September 30th. A student may be admitted to Harbins Preparatory School only hafter established requirements and conditions have been fulfilled. Admission requirements are as follows: Application submitted with the application fee Copy of student's birth certificate submitted Certificate of Immunization (Georgia Form 3231 or 3032) Certificate of Eye, Ear, Nutrition and Dental Exam (Georgia Form 3300)
