Some consideration given to child with no religious affiliation) Birth Certificate; Immunization Record; Updated physical (N-K); Registration Fee; TWO years of report cards/standardize testing (depending upon grade registering for);Child being registered must be brought in for interview. HFCA follows NYC age requirement guidelines - i.e. Nursery child MUST turn 3 by December 31 of the year in which you are registering the child, PK 4 , etc.
