Notes for Prospective Students

Our admissions process is twofold. First, apply for admissions, and when accepeted, register online to complete the process. A tour of the school and an informational meeting may be requested at any time by calling the school office at 205-824-7886 x19 or emailing info@popcatholic.org.Applications are received year round and many classes have waiting lists for enrollment. A checklist is included in the application packet which will guide you through the process of applying. Complete the required information and submit the application and fee, copies of current grades, standardized test scores, and any psycho-educational testing to the school office at 4650 Preserve Parkway, Hoover AL 35226. Upon receipt, you will be contacted by a member of our staff to discuss your application and next steps. Upon acceptance, you will be asked to complete the RenWeb online enrollment, including medical and emergency information as well as registering in FACTS tuition management, and submitting any remaining fees for enrollment.
