Notes for Prospective Students

St. Joseph School admits students of any race, color, nationality, or ethnic origin and in recent years has admitted students from outside our parish. The age of the child will be required to assist the Administration with the application process (children applying to Kindergarten be 5 before August 31 to be considered). Other Paperwork and Testing Requirements: 1) Emergency Medical Information and Immunization Form 2) Successful completion of a grade appropriate screening test 3) Copies of birth certificate, Baptismal certificate (if applicable), immunization records, and Emergency Contact Form 4) Prior school report cards and records 5) Special services documentation (e.g. ISP, IEP, 504 plan, etc.)
