Bethany Christian School Photo - Bethany Presbyterian Church was founded in 1941. It was one of the first preschools and Kindergarten programs in the Fort Lauderdale area. This building still stands today and houses an updated gymnasium, and the school front office. A couple of our teachers are even direct relatives to Ivy Cromartie Stranahan, Fort Lauderdale's very first school teacher.
