- AquaEco System - Partnership with the Baltimore National Aquarium - The students participate in raising striped bass and bay grasses. The culminating activity each year is a field trip to release the fish and plant the grasses in the Chesapeake Bay.
- Stock Market Club - 1st & 2nd place in State & Regional competition during the 2006-2007 academic year. Students participate in buying and selling stocks using real-time stock data and virtual monies.
- Project Citizen - 2nd & 5th place in the 2006-2007 academic year. The eighth grade students participate annually by selecting a topic of community concern, researching the problem and possible solutions, then developing a plan to correct the problem. Students present their research and proposed solution in written and oral form at the Annapolis State House in a competetive setting.
