Sacred Heart  School (preschool -12) is a private, Catholic, co-educational, college preparatory school. A sponsored ministry of the Sisters of Divine Providence, the school is located on a 120 acre educational campus.  Established in 1947, Sacred Heart's expansive suburban campus is conveniently located on Massachusetts south shore with easy access to major highways and the commuter rail. Administrators, faculty, and staff,  foster the growth of each student as a complete, human person.  Sacred Heart School believes that integral to this growth is the development of a faith community rooted in the Gospel and lived in the mission of the Church.   Students are encouraged to strive always for academic and moral excellence,  to become more aware of their relationship to God and others, to develop their talents and abilities and to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations in the church and world communities.  Sacred Heart's curriculum is strong in the liberal arts, and embraces technology as a vital component of the school's academic program.   All students and teachers in grades 7-12 will have a personal iPad starting in August'12.   Smartboards are used at the elementary levels.
