Sacred Heart High School
School Notes Overview:
Sacred Heart High School (grades 7-12) is a Catholic, co-educational, private school, staffed by the Sisters of Divine Providence and lay faculty. As administrators, faculty, and staff, we foster the growth of each student as a complete, human person. We believe that integral to this growth is the development of a faith community rooted in the Gospel and lived in the mission of the Church. We therefore encourage students to become more aware of their relationship to God and others, to develop their talents and abilities, to fulfill their responsibilities and obligations in the church and world communities, and to strive always for academic and moral excellence. We believe that the character and moral values are taught by example in a climate that is supportive, caring, and just. The community spirit of Sacred Heart School strives in an atmosphere of intellectual and spiritual development. By developing each student’s intellectual curiosity, self-discipline, and creative thinking, we build self-confidence and an appreciation of each person’s abilities and accomplishments in a partnership of mutual respect....
