    A year ago, Zach Sucher held off defending champion and two-time winner Webb Simpson to win the Azalea Invitational golf tournament at the Country Club of Charleston; a year from now, Sucher could find himself competing with Simpson again, this time on the PGA Tour.
  • Hetzel wins first college event (The Post and Courier)

    Mallory Hetzel of Summerville, a senior at Georgia, tied teammate Marta Silva Zamora for medalist honors in the UNLV Spring Invitational played Monday in Las Vegas. The two posted 214 totals for the 54-hole event and helped Georgia to a third-place finish.
