On Saturday, Oct. 17, and Sunday, Oct. 18, the tree-lined streets of historic Bell Buckle will teem with eager visitors to the 33rd annual Webb School Art and Craft Festival. The fun begins at 9 a.m. on both days and concludes at 5 p.m. on Saturday and at 4 p.m. on Sunday.
